The picture above is the page in my journal where I first wrote these words. They weren't originally meant to be put into a song. I wrote these words with the intention of repeating them in my head in situations where I needed to encourage myself. And that's what I did. One night, I sang these words to myself instead of speaking them in my head, and the melody I sang turned into the high part of this song.
